Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta Delight with Greek Yogurt

1.Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

4.Stir in the diced tomatoes and tomato paste, mixing well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

5.Reduce the heat to low and add the Greek yogurt, milk, dried basil, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until well combined and let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

6.Add the cream cheese to the sauce, stirring until it melts and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.

7.Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well to coat it in the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy tomato sauce.
