Decadent Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly with cooking spray.

2.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

3.In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and whole milk until smooth and well blended.

4.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

5.Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

6.Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, fill each mini muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

8.Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
