Savory Maggi Masala Toast with Sweet Caramelized Onions

1.Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.

2.Add the sliced onions to the pan and sprinkle a pinch of salt over them.

3.Cook the onions, stirring occasionally, until they become soft and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Reduce the heat if they start to burn.

4.Once the onions are caramelized, remove them from the pan and set aside.

5.In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and heat it over medium heat.

6.Spread the Maggi masala evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

7.Place the bread slices, masala side down, in the pan and toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

8.Flip the bread slices and toast the other side until golden brown as well, about 2-3 minutes more.

9.Once toasted, remove the bread from the pan and top each slice with the caramelized onions.

10.Sprinkle chili powder over the onions for an extra kick, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
