Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

3.Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

4.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

5.After 30 minutes, remove the foil and stir the casserole gently to ensure even cooking.

6.Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

7.Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the rice is tender.

8.Once done, remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.

9.Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
