Sweet Maple Honey Cake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan or two 9-inch round cake pans.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

3.In another bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, pancake syrup, eggs, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

4.Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until the batter is smooth and fluffy.

5.Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan(s), spreading it evenly.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes for round pans or 30-35 minutes for a rectangular pan, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7.Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

8.Once the cake is completely cool, drizzle additional maple syrup and honey over the top for extra sweetness and flavor before serving.
