Decadent Chocolate Eggless Cake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

2.In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

3.In a separate bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla essence, and white vinegar until well blended.

4.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

5.If using, fold in the chocolate chips for an extra chocolatey flavor.

6.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
