Crispy Garlic Potatoes and Juicy Meat Skewers

1.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2.In a large pot, add the baby potatoes and cover them with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt. Toss the cooked potatoes in this mixture until they are well coated.

4.Thread the marinated meat cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, and ground black pepper. Brush this mixture over the meat skewers.

5.Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

6.While the meat is grilling, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic-coated potatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are crispy and golden brown on the outside.

7.Once the meat skewers are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
