3.In a separate small bowl, mix the plain yogurt (or curd), honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well combined to create a creamy dressing.

4.Pour the dressing over the corn, cucumber, and apple mixture. Gently toss everything together until the salad is evenly coated with the dressing.

5.Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed.

6.Transfer the salad to a serving dish and garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added touch of freshness.
