Cheesy Potato Casserole Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, chopped green onions, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

3.Transfer the potato mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

4.If desired, sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top for an added crunch.

5.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

6.After 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown and bubbly.

7.Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
