Savory Potato and Cream Cheese Casserole

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Mix until smooth and well combined.

3.Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until all the spices are evenly distributed.

4.Fold in the frozen diced potatoes and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the creamy mixture until the potatoes are well coated.

5.Transfer the potato mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

6.Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of the potato mixture.

7.If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese for added crunch.

8.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

9.After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

10.Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
