Zesty Pickle Pasta Salad

1.Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced dill pickles, red onion, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and fresh dill.

3.In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

4.Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the vegetables and pour the dressing over the top.

5.Gently toss everything together until the pasta and vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.

6.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
