Savory Quark Pancakes

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the quark, eggs, and milk. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

2.In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

3.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
