Garlic Bread Dosa Rolls

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the dosa batter with garlic bread seasoning, piri piri seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

2.Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.

3.Pour a ladleful of the dosa batter mixture onto the skillet, spreading it into a thin, even circle. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.

4.Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese over the dosa while it is still cooking. Allow the cheese to melt slightly, about 1-2 minutes.

5.Once the cheese has melted, carefully roll the dosa from one end to the other, creating a roll. Remove from the skillet and place on a serving plate.

6.Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary to prevent burning.

7.Garnish the rolled dosas with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
