Spicy Chicken Wings with Chili Salt

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create your spice blend.

3.Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the spice blend. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the wings, then toss everything together until the wings are evenly coated with the spices.

4.Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not touching each other to ensure even cooking.

5.Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

6.Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
