Sizzling Chicken Stir-Fry with Colorful Chinese Vegetables

1.In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce (3 tablespoons), oyster sauce (2 tablespoons), cornstarch (1 tablespoon), and water (1 tablespoon) to create a marinade. Set aside.

2.In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) over medium-high heat until shimmering.

3.Add the sliced chicken breasts (2) to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
