Creamy Paneer Butter Bread Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3.Grease a baking dish with a little butter to prevent sticking.

4.Layer 3 slices of bread at the bottom of the baking dish, slightly overlapping them if necessary.

5.Spread half of the cubed paneer evenly over the bread layer.

6.Pour half of the egg mixture over the paneer and bread, ensuring it is evenly soaked.

7.Repeat the layering process with the remaining bread, paneer, and egg mixture, finishing with a final layer of bread on top.

8.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

9.After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the egg mixture is set.

10.Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

11.Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
