Festive Chocolate Hazelnut Bon Bons

1.In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and milk chocolate. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water to create a double boiler, stirring occasionally until melted and smooth.

2.Remove the bowl from heat and let the chocolate cool slightly.

3.In a separate bowl, mix the toasted and chopped hazelnuts, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.

4.Once the chocolate has cooled, fold it into the hazelnut mixture until fully incorporated.

5.Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

6.Place the rolled bon bons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.

7.After chilling, roll each bon bon in cocoa powder to coat evenly.

8.Store the bon bons in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
