Creamy Sweet Chilli Beef & Bean Dip

1.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

2.Stir in the garlic paste and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3.Add the kidney beans and nacho mix to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.

4.Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and sweet chilli sauce until smooth.

5.Fold the beef and bean mixture into the sour cream mixture until well combined. If desired, stir in half of the shredded cheese for extra creaminess.

6.Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.

7.Serve warm with corn chips for dipping.
