Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal Skillet Cake

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the milk and soften.

2.Add the grated apple, ground cinnamon, chopped almonds, honey, sugar, ghee, salt, and eggs to the oat mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and the batter is smooth.

3.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little ghee to coat the bottom.

4.Pour the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

5.Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6.Once cooked, remove the skillet from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
