Grilled Sirloin Steak with Garlic Herb Butter

1.Preheat your grill to high heat, around 450°F (232°C).

2.In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated to create the garlic herb butter.

3.Season both sides of the sirloin steaks generously with salt and black pepper.

4.Once the grill is hot, place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them to achieve a good sear.

5.Flip the steaks and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or adjust the time according to your desired doneness (use a meat thermometer for accuracy: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, 140°F (60°C) for medium).

6.Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

7.While the steaks are resting, take the garlic herb butter and place a generous dollop on top of each steak, allowing it to melt into the warm meat.

8.Slice the steaks against the grain and serve immediately, drizzled with any remaining melted garlic herb butter.
