Almond Milk Bavarian Delight

1.In a medium saucepan, combine the almond milk, granulated sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

2.In a separate small bowl, dissolve the agar-agar powder in 1/4 cup of water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.

3.Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the almond milk mixture, stirring constantly until it thickens and begins to bubble, about 5-7 minutes.

4.Once thickened, add the bloomed agar-agar mixture to the saucepan and continue to stir for another 2-3 minutes until fully incorporated and the agar-agar is dissolved.

5.Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large mold. Allow it to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

6.Once cooled, transfer the cups or mold to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until set.

7.To serve, top each Bavarian delight with a dollop of whipped coconut cream and sprinkle with sliced almonds for garnish.
