Cheesy Masala Chicken Tacos

1.In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, masala spice mix, salt, garlic paste, and chopped onion. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for better flavor.

2.Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

3.Add the diced tomato and chopped green chillies to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the mixture is well combined. Remove from heat.

4.Warm the soft taco shells in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.

5.To assemble the tacos, place a generous amount of the cheesy masala chicken mixture into each taco shell. Top with shredded cheese and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

6.Serve immediately while the cheese is melted and the tacos are warm.
