Korean BBQ Cheesesteak Delight

1.In a bowl, combine the bulgogi beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated bulgogi beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and mushrooms. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender. Add the cooked bulgogi beef back into the skillet and mix with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

5.Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise and spread butter on the cut sides. Place them on a baking sheet, cut side up, and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

6.Remove the toasted rolls from the oven and fill each with the bulgogi beef and vegetable mixture. Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.

7.Return the filled hoagie rolls to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8.Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
