Cocoa Coffee Bliss Cake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

2.In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

3.Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract.

4.In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.

5.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the brewed coffee and whole milk. Start and end with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

6.Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8.Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
