Cucumber & Avocado Salad

1.Toss cucumbers with 1 1/2 tsp. salt in a colander set inside a bowl; let drain 15 minutes. Rinse cucumbers and pat dry.

2.Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, lime juice, cumin, coriander, and Tabasco; season with salt.

3.Combine avocados, 2 Tbsp. cilantro, and jalapeño with cucumbers; add dressing, stirring gently to coat.

4.Garnish salad with chopped cilantro before serving.
