Add the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Add the chopped green onions, diced bell peppers, or any other veggies you prefer.
Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Slice into portions and serve warm. Garnish with extra green onions or herbs if desired.
