Double Decadence Chocolate Bark

1.Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

2.In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped milk chocolate and dark chocolate.

3.Melt the chocolates together using a double boiler method or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully melted.

4.Once melted, remove the bowl from heat and let it cool slightly for a few minutes.

5.Pour the melted chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula to your desired thickness.

6.Sprinkle the chopped mixed nuts and dried fruits evenly over the melted chocolate, pressing them in slightly to ensure they stick.

7.If desired, sprinkle sea salt flakes over the top for an added flavor contrast.

8.Allow the chocolate bark to cool at room temperature until it sets, or place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to speed up the process.

9.Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces of your desired size and serve.
