Spaghetti with Walnut Sauce

1.Cook the spaghetti for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Clean the savoy cabbage, remove outer leaves and core, and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Add to the pasta after 5 minutes and cook until the end of the pasta cooking time.

2.For the sauce, chop the walnuts. Set aside 2 tablespoons. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Puree the oils with 3-4 tablespoons of pasta water until creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

3.Drain the spaghetti and savoy cabbage, let drain, and mix with the walnut sauce. Sprinkle with nuts and Parmesan.
