Paprika-Tomato Suppe mit Cabanossi

1.Peel and finely dice onions and garlic.

2.Drain roasted peppers and chop coarsely.

3.Slice cabanossi.

4.Heat oil in a pot, fry cabanossi until turning, then remove.

5.Sauté onions and garlic in the drippings.

6.Add roasted peppers and sauté briefly.

7.Add tomato paste and sauté briefly.

8.Add tomatoes, broth, and sugar.

9.Season with salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar, and paprika.

10.Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

11.Meanwhile, wash and finely dice the fresh peppers.

12.Crumble feta cheese.

13.Remove soup from heat and puree with a hand blender.

14.Season again with salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika.

15.Add cabanossi and pepper cubes to the soup.

16.Serve the soup sprinkled with feta.
