Peanut Butter and Bacon Steak Bites

1.Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until smooth and well combined.

3.Add the steak cubes to the bowl and toss them in the peanut butter mixture until they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

4.While the steak is marinating, cook the bacon until crispy. Once done, crumble it into small pieces and set aside.

5.Skewer the marinated steak cubes onto wooden or metal skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

6.Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.

7.Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top of the steak bites.

8.Garnish with finely sliced green onions before serving.
