1.Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.

2.Mash the avocados with a fork until you reach your desired consistency, whether smooth or chunky.

3.Add the finely diced onion, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic to the mashed avocados.

4.Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture to add a fresh citrus flavor.

5.Sprinkle in the salt, olive oil, and black pepper, and stir everything together until well combined.

6.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or lime juice as desired.
