Oreo Chocolate Bark Delight

1.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2.In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.

3.Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula.

4.Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreo cookies evenly over the melted semi-sweet chocolate, pressing them lightly to adhere.

5.In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the same manner as the semi-sweet chocolate until smooth.

6.Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the semi-sweet chocolate layer in a zigzag pattern.

7.Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo cookies and mini chocolate chips on top of the white chocolate drizzle, pressing them in gently.

8.Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely set.

9.Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and serve.
