Chili Garlic Chicken Delight

1.In a large bowl, combine the ginger garlic paste, chili powder, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

2.Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

3.Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

4.Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

5.Place the marinated chicken thighs on the prepared baking tray, spreading them out evenly.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char on the edges. You can also broil for the last 5 minutes for extra crispiness.

7.Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

8.Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.

9.Serve hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dish.
