Savory Stuffed Tortillas with Marinara Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.

3.Add the refried beans to the skillet with the cooked ground beef, stirring until well combined. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

4.Remove the skillet from heat and stir in 1/2 cup of marinara sauce into the beef and bean mixture until evenly coated.

5.Take one tortilla and spoon about 1/4 cup of the beef and bean mixture into the center. Sprinkle a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.

6.Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down in a baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

7.Once all tortillas are filled and placed in the baking dish, pour the remaining marinara sauce evenly over the top of the tortillas, making sure to cover them well.

8.Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the marinara sauce.

9.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

10.After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
