Chocolate Heart Delight Bites

1.Prepare your heart-shaped silicone mold by placing it on a baking tray for stability.

2.In a microwave-safe bowl, break the dark chocolate into small pieces. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes total).

3.Remove the melted chocolate from the microwave and let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes.

4.Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each heart cavity of the mold, ensuring the bottom is fully coated. Tap the mold gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

5.Sprinkle a layer of mixed nuts and dried fruits into each heart cavity, pressing them down gently with a spoon to ensure they are well embedded in the chocolate.

6.Cover the nuts and fruits with more melted chocolate, filling each cavity to the top. Smooth the surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

7.Refrigerate the mold for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm to the touch.

8.Once set, carefully pop the chocolate bites out of the mold. If desired, sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on top of each bite for added flavor.
