Spicy Mango Salsa Tacos

3.Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the corn tortillas one at a time, warming each for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable and slightly toasted.

4.Remove the tortillas from the skillet and keep them warm in a clean kitchen towel or tortilla warmer.

5.To assemble the tacos, place a generous spoonful of the spicy mango salsa onto each tortilla. If desired, top with slices of avocado and crumbled feta cheese for added creaminess and flavor.
