Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

1.In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.

3.Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

4.In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
