Spicy Teriyaki Ground Beef Jerky Sticks

4.Preheat your dehydrator to 160°F (71°C).

5.Using a jerky gun or your hands, form the marinated beef mixture into thin strips, approximately 1/4 inch thick, and place them on the dehydrator trays, ensuring they do not touch.

6.Dehydrate the beef strips at 160°F (71°C) for 4-6 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm but still slightly pliable. Check periodically and rotate trays if necessary for even drying.

7.Once done, remove the jerky from the dehydrator and let it cool to room temperature before storing in an airtight container.
