Peppa's "Gold Coin" Parfait

1.Scoop the vanilla ice cream into a mixing bowl and let it soften for about 5 minutes at room temperature.

2.In a clear parfait glass or dessert bowl, add a layer of softened vanilla ice cream, about 1/2 cup.

3.Sprinkle a layer of crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies over the ice cream, about 1/4 cup.

4.Drizzle a tablespoon of caramel sauce over the cookie layer.

5.Repeat the layering process with another scoop of vanilla ice cream, followed by more crumbled cookies and caramel sauce until the glass is filled, finishing with a layer of ice cream on top.

6.If desired, pipe a dollop of whipped cream on top of the final layer of ice cream.

7.Garnish the parfait with a Peppa Pig gummy candy placed on top of the whipped cream and sprinkle edible gold flakes around the gummy for a festive touch.
