Spicy Hamburg and Cheese Bread Rolls

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

3.Season the beef with salt, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, and garlic powder. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

4.On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12x16 inches.

5.Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

6.Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the beef mixture.

7.Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching the seam to seal.

8.Cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

9.Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

10.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

11.Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
