Spirite Infused Lemonade Fizz

1.In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved to make a simple syrup. Remove from heat and let cool.

2.In a large pitcher, muddle the fresh mint leaves gently to release their aroma and flavor.

3.Add the fresh lemon juice and the cooled simple syrup to the pitcher with the muddled mint. Stir well to combine.

4.Add the remaining 3 cups of cold water to the lemon-mint mixture and stir thoroughly.

5.Fill serving glasses halfway with ice cubes.

6.Pour the lemonade mixture into each glass, filling about three-quarters full.

7.Top each glass with Spirite soda to add a light sparkling fizz and herbal citrus notes. Stir gently to combine.

8.Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint.

9.Serve immediately for a refreshing, lightly sparkling summer drink.
