Creamy Vanilla Iced Coffee

1.In a medium bowl or large glass, combine the instant coffee granules and granulated sugar.

2.Pour the cold water over the coffee and sugar mixture and stir vigorously until both are fully dissolved.

3.Add the pure vanilla extract to the coffee mixture and stir to combine.

4.Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

5.Pour the sweetened coffee mixture over the ice cubes, filling the glass about three-quarters full.

6.Slowly pour the heavy cream over the iced coffee to create a creamy layer on top.

7.Stir gently if desired to blend the cream with the coffee or leave layered for visual effect.

8.Serve immediately with a straw or spoon for stirring.
