Savory Nut and Chex Mix

1.Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine corn Chex, rice Chex, wheat Chex, mixed nuts, pine nuts, pretzels, and bagel chips. Toss gently to mix.

3.In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

4.(Optional) For extra crispness, whisk a beaten egg into the melted butter mixture before pouring over the cereal mix.

5.Pour the butter mixture evenly over the cereal and nut mixture. Toss gently with a spatula or clean hands until everything is evenly coated.

6.Spread the mixture in an even layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.

7.Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.

8.Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. The mix will crisp up as it cools.

9.Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container for storage. Enjoy!
