Decadent Fudge Brownie Parfait with Pineapple

1.Preheat oven according to Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix instructions. Prepare the brownie batter as directed on the box. Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Let cool completely, then cut into 1-inch cubes.

2.While the brownies cool, prepare the cream cheese filling. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.

3.In a separate large bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until just combined.

4.Prepare the pineapple layer by draining the canned pineapple and roughly chopping the slices. Set aside.

5.To assemble the parfaits, choose 6-8 individual serving glasses or jars. Start with a layer of cubed brownies at the bottom of each glass.

6.Spoon a layer of the chopped pineapple over the brownies.

7.Add a layer of the cream cheese filling over the pineapple.

8.Sprinkle a layer of milk chocolate chips and white baking chips over the cream cheese filling.

9.Top with a generous layer of the whipped cream mixture.

10.Repeat the layers: brownies, pineapple, cream cheese filling, chocolate chips, and finish with a final swirl of whipped cream.

11.Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
