YOU COULD ALSO MIX OLIVE TYPES AND ADD OTHER VARIETIES OF OLIVES, SUCH AS SMALL LIGURIAN OLIVES, OR IF YOU WANT TO ADD COLOUR TO THE OLIVES, INCLUDE SOME EMI-DRIED TOMATOES.
