Lightning-Fast English Muffin Mini Pizzas

1.Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2.Split the English muffins in half horizontally to create 8 individual bases. If desired, lightly brush the cut sides of the muffins with olive oil for extra crispness.

3.Arrange the muffin halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

4.Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto the center of each muffin half, spreading it evenly but leaving a small border for the crust.

5.Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce on all 8 halves.

6.Distribute your chosen toppings (pepperoni, peppers, olives, etc.) evenly over the cheese.

7.Season lightly with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

8.Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and the edges of the muffin are lightly golden brown and crisp.
