Crispy Air Fryer Pizza Rolls

1.Unroll the crescent roll dough or pizza dough sheet onto a clean surface. If using crescent rolls, press the seams together firmly to form a solid rectangle.

2.Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

3.Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the mini pepperoni or your chosen fillings.

4.Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log.

5.Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 1-inch thick slices. You should get about 12-16 rolls.

6.Lightly brush or spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray.

7.Place the pizza rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.

8.Air fry at 180°C for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

9.Carefully remove the pizza rolls from the air fryer. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, or garlic powder.

10.Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
