Turkey & Stuffing Mug Bake

1.In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together the beaten egg, turkey gravy, broth, dried sage, and garlic powder until well combined.

2.Gently stir in the pre-cooked ground turkey, stuffing cubes, and dried cranberries until the stuffing has absorbed most of the liquid.

3.Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper, then press the mixture down slightly with a spoon to ensure it is level.

4.Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the center is firm to the touch and the internal temperature reaches 74 degrees Celsius.

5.Let the mug sit for 1 minute to finish steaming and setting.

6.Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra drizzle of warm gravy if desired before serving.
