Carrot Patch Pudding Parfaits

2.1. Make the chocolate pudding

3.Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes.

4.Fold in whipped topping to make it extra light and mousse-like.

5.2. Prep the “carrots”

6.Melt the orange candy melts.

7.Dip each strawberry into the orange coating, leaving the green stem on if possible.

8.Let them set on parchment.

9.These become your Easter “carrots.”

10.3. Build the parfaits

In each cup

1.1. Spoon in chocolate pudding.

2.2. Add a layer of crushed Oreos (your “dirt”).

3.3. Press one dipped strawberry into the top like it’s growing out of the soil.

4.4. Add a mint leaf behind it for a leafy carrot top effect.

5.4. Chill

6.Refrigerate 10 minutes to set the layers.
