Chili Dogs

1.Put ground beef and water in a large saucepan; use a potato masher to break apart beef. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar, onion powder, and Worcestershire.

2.Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium. Simmer until beef is cooked through and chili thickens, about 20 minutes.

3.Serve chili over hot dogs in buns. Top with cheese and/or onion.
